What will you do?
- Review lease and commercial contracts, contracts for work and you will also handle contracts with carriers
- You will be responsible for providing legal advice in the areas assigned to you
- You will also oversee compliance and propose preventive measures where necessary
- On a regular basis, you will communicate with administrative authorities and third parties
- Sometimes you will provide support in litigation and claims
- And because every day is different at Notino, you'll also be involved in a variety of projects and activities
What do you need?
- You have a university degree in Czech/Slovak law, and you are well-versed in civil law, commercial law, labour law, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience, ideally as a corporate lawyer, but we also welcome experience in a law firm
- Experience in leases and transport would be a great advantage
- Background in IT and SW law would also be a big plus
- We are an international company, so you can't do without at least B2-level English, and you should also be able to handle English legal terminology
- Czech/Slovak language at a C2 level
- Above all, you should have a good sense of humour and enjoy working as part of a team :)
