We are looking for an energetic and experienced Teamleader for our Business Support Team! If you have experience in team management, process and KPI setting, and want to be part of an international collaboration, join us.
What will you do?
- Lead and develop the Business Support Specialists team.
- Set up processes and KPIs to ensure high-quality client support.
- Monitor the quality of communication with salons and report results.
- Plan and implement the client support strategy in line with other countries.
- Efficiently distribute workload within the team and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Actively use CRM systems and have a deep understanding of the programs used by the team.
- Cooperate with the Sales Manager to improve processes between the sales support team and sales representatives.
- Train other Business Support Teamleaders across international teams
- Analyze data and provide reports on team performance.
- Communicate with other departments within Notino Partner and Notino when needed.
We are looking for someone who:
- have experience in team management within client support or sales support.
- is experienced in Excel (it will be your daily work to use it)
- understand CRM systems and know how to use them efficiently.
- is analytically minded and can work with data effectively.
- can make quick decisions and implement measures to improve team performance.
- have excellent communication skills and can collaborate across different departments.
