As our Store Manager, you will:
• Lead the launch of our first store in Ljubljana, setting the standard for excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales through team motivation and coaching.
• Manage schedules, inventory, and stunning displays.
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Share product expertise as a Beauty Consultant on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with cross-European teams and departments.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
• Proven leadership skills and a passion for empowering others.
• Retail experience in beauty or luxury sectors could be an advantage.
• Previous Store Manager experience, with a track record of success.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, sales targets, and store processes.
• Excellent customer service skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Fluency in English (B2+) to connect with international colleagues.
