We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations and HR activities. In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of the office while assisting with administrative processes, employee support, and internal coordination.
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team for 30–40 hours per week, depending on mutual agreement.
What awaits you?
- Provide administrative support for business activities and internal processes.
- Receive, register, and manage incoming and outgoing shipments (mail, packages, courier services).
- Support and assist onboarding and pre-onboarding activities for new employees (documentation, training coordination, access setup), HR administration and operation.
- Coordinate internal meetings, company events, other events and visits
Who are we looking for?
- Fluent in Hungarian and English language (B2 level).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and HR experience is a plus.
