What will you do:
- handle online orders
- support to process complaints
- receive goods and working in the store's warehouse
- prepare Click&Collect orders
- help with picking orders through the machines
Our requirements:
- have a positive attitude towards customers
- detail oriented person and team player
- are flexible - you don't mind working at the weekend (we want to be as accessible as possible for our customers, which is why we are open 6 days a week)
- have experience with a scanner and basic PC tasks (Word, Excel...)
- english at B1 level as an advantage
- german at B2 level
